  • They will be working with Project Engineers as well as other site engineers for the progress of site construction.
  • Willing to be assigned at any project site nationwide• Graduate of Geodetic Engineering

    • Licensed Geodetic Engineer

    • With at least 3 – 5 years working experience in construction layout and surveying

    • Advance knowledge in using different surveying equipment

    • Project management and supervision skills

    • Decision making ability and leadership skills

    • Attention to details

    • Willing to render overtime work when needed

A highlight of the company’s strength is the full computerization of its Architectural and Engineering Design Works to assure early completion of its projects. The computerization of all its structural analyses and design routines has enable the engineers to incorporate value engineering into their design outputs resulting to more improve and economical structures. All drawings are done by computer-aided drafting to enhance the quality and precision of the design plans and drawings. EIGenTech has also developed a number of Geotechnical Engineering Software for Slope Stability Analysis, Settlement Analysis, Evaluation of Liquefaction Potential, and Analysis of Soil Bearing Capacity. For land development and geodetic surveys, it has acquired a specialized software for the design of land development and plotting of topographic and hydrographic maps known as SDR Mapping and Design Software.

EIGenTech’s Soils and Materials Testing Laboratory has significantly grown to accommodate the testing requirements of its design projects and projects of other clients, consultants and contractors. EIGenTech has accumulated a number of drilling equipment and apparatus for its subsurface soil investigation and exploration requirements. The in-house laboratory performs various tests on soils, water, concrete and steel.

EIGenTech’s Ground Soil Improvement Technology through the use of grouted micropiles that was invented by Engr. Manuel L. Gorospe, is much cheaper than both driven and bored piles. EIGenTech has already installed grouted micropiles for a number of medium-rise buildings such as the 8-storey Pico de Loro Hotel in SM Hamilo Coast, 5-storey Center for Educational Measurement Building in Makati City, various facilities of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, Banco Sentral ng Pilipinas in Naga City, and many others.

The development of in-house engineering software and accumulation of various equipment is continually in progress for the company to keep abreast with the advancement of engineering technology and increasing volume of work.
