Your main responsibility will be transforming web designs to fully functioning and customizable WordPress themes. We use our boilerplate theme called BilliePress to speed up development, which includes our build tools and preferred architecture.
Besides that you will also be working on the front-end for an affiliated company. Besides working on next level WordPress themes, you will also be working on the fintech application of our partner company Finqle. This front-end is written in Ember JS and includes Handlebars templating and SASS stylesheets. You are no stranger to working in a team, but can also tackle a (frontend)project by yourself. Meaning, you do not look at an issue as a literal assignment but take it a step further, i.e.: what does this change mean for responsiveness? Or maintainability? Or accessibility? What situations can occur that may be affected by this change? And finally, you test thoroughly and precise.

Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
