Drive efficiencies, automation, accuracy and business partnering functions
Lead the finance business partnering with on-shore Finance teams to provide quality, cost-effective analytical coverage of business results to leadership
Review financial results and analyze business trends
Liaise with Senior Vice President in the finance business partnering function; Human Resources Information Technology Legal Process Innovation Center Government Relations and Communications Environement, Health, Safety and Security
Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecast process including revenues, operating costs, capital budgets and workforce planning
Meet with Finance and Business managers regularly to review actual-to-budget and actual-to-forecast performance, identify financial opportunities, provide guidance to maximize value & mitigate risk
Manage forecasting & projection process
Lead and develop team of Financial Analysts
Identify efficiencies in workflow and optimize where possible
Provide challenging development opportunities for the financial analyst team

Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
