The primary role of the Finance Data Administrator, is to provide data entry and administration support as required by the Finance team to achieve its business objectives. The Finance Data Administrator is accountable for (but not limited to) daily customer bank payment allocations into the billing system, data cleansing, quality assurance checks, general administration tasks and ad-hoc reporting.

WHAT WOULD THE HIRE BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?

  • Ensure external invoice payments are allocated daily into the billing system (Zuora)
  • Investigate unallocated or missing invoice payments within the various systems
  • Support the Revenue Assurance Analyst with clean up tasks and actions as required to ensure completeness of billing
  • Ensure CRM and billing system customer data is kept up to date by the team where applicable such as email addresses
  • Linking of accounts in the billing system for group properties
  • Support the Billing and Collections team with quality assurance checks and tasks to ensure accurate invoicing
  • Ad-Hoc reporting for Finance as required
  • Ensure timely processing of customer requests in the billing system such as cancellation of services (Drop offs)
  • Escalate issues that impact the team or customers to Head Office as applicable
  • Assist with other duties as required by the Billing & Collections Manager, Global
WHAT IS NEEDED TO QUALIFY?
  • 2 years worth of previous experience in a similar role or performing similar functions
  • Bachelors Degree from a reputable College or University
  • Has experience in an administration role in AR or AP within a Finance team
  • A working knowledge of Zuora, Salesforce or similar systems preferred
  • Attention to detail and quality
  • Adaptable and willing to learn
  • Be highly driven and can work in an autonomous environment
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • A working knowledge of Zuora, Salesforce or similar systems preferred
  • Able to work in a global team environment, where ideas are shared, valued and discussed
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, agile and dynamic environment
