Job Description
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent. 
  • At least 1 - 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. 
  • Good Communication Skills 
  • Amenable to work in shifting schedule 
  • Willing to work in Taguig and Makati 
  • Can start ASAP/ 15 days 
  • 5 vacant positions 
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Install, test, and/or upgrade operating systems and/or applications approved by the Client. 
  • Assist in general information technology ("IT") support requirements within expertise. 
  • Submit status reports to Team Leads and/or Delivery Manager 
  • Accepting contacts via the web, email, phone and chat. 
  • Facilitate restoration of service within the prescribed SLA on each incident 
  • Escalating incident tickets that cannot be resolved to Level 2 or other resolvers groups 
  • Providing communications for incident and outages; including escalations as necessary based on an on-call schedule provided. 
  • Comply with the company policies and safety procedures. 
  • Problem analysis 
  • Accept and handle complaints and inquiries and recommend solutions geared towards the satisfaction of customer needs. 
  • Identify problems necessitating need-based solutions. 
  • Accomplish daily status updates of all pending customer complaints. 
  • Updating knowledge base articles 
  • Critical Incident management
