Work with the Property Management Group, vendors, and staff to achieve facilities goals and objectives
Manage facility inventory and assets
Ensure facility is clean and maintained to the highest of industry standards
Coordinate maintenance activities and inspections required by code or internal standards including; fire systems, emergency power infrastructure, access control reports, etc.
Provide employees with facilities and support services necessary to increase employee satisfaction at the workplace and make it easier to effectively conduct business on behalf of our clients
Work off Internal Helpdesk tickets, provide supporting documentation, close tickets, and maintain individual ticket lists
Flexibility after-hours and the ability to respond to facility emergencies when required
Assist in coordinating maintenance schedule.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
