Company:

The client is a new cybersecurity startup company based in Florida, USA.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage client's schedule,
• Manage client's emails,
• Create tasks and do follow-ups
• Make sure things are done on time
• Travel arrangements
• Create blog posts for the client's website
• Update the company's Squarespace website (no programming required)

Skills:

• 2 to 3 years experience as an Executive assistant
• Strong command of the English language both spoken and written
• Strong organization skills
• Experience with email management
• Experience with calendar management
• Experience with setting up appointments
• Experience with project management
• Experience with logistics
• Experience with writing blogs and updating Squarespace website
• Possesses the ability to multi-task
• Willing to work full time 8 hours a day - US EST
• Amenable to start immediately
