DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Be the point of contact between the executives and company employees/clients and manage information flow
Manage executives’ timetable and arrange their daily schedule (set up meetings, arrange meals, travel, speaking engagements)
Book business travel arrangements, including flights, transportation, and lodgings for senior management and other staff members
Schedules and prepare meetings, appointments, and commitments for the executives.
Takes down minutes during meeting wherein the executives are involved
Act as an office manager by keeping up with office supply inventory
Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports
Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
Devise and maintain office filing system
Performs other tasks assigned thereof
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree
With knowledge about the job is an advantage.
Should be a quick learner and have a desire to gain knowledge.
Have good communication skills.
Must be a tech-savvy, with ability and knowledge of digital communication and has interest on web administration.
Must be organized at all times.
Applicants must be willing to work in Clark, Pampanga.

Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints. Committed TATs are met consistently
Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
