WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF THIS ROLE? The heart of your role will be to grow the value of our customers via different marketing tools such as email, sms, mms, or offline whether its through a blast method or through automated journey.
WHAT WOULD THE HIRE BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?
Hands-on execution of promotional email marketing program from set up, distribution, review and optimisation of all promotional marketing emails.
Maintenance of email marketing calendar, drawing from various consumer events, marketing and promotional activities, along with supplier brands promotional activities.
Develop email content, theme, copy, and coordinate with category team and in-house vets where necessary to ensure content is highly relevant.
Actively reviewing and optimising promotional emails with a particular focus on understanding the drivers of performance of the channel. As part of this process, you will be required to A/B test, review results for statistical significance and recommend changes to improve long term email marketing performance.
Evaluate results on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. Report on the results and share any interesting findings with the wider team.
Assist with automation journey where required. This includes but not limited to email testing and development, data analysis and reporting
Over the course of the first year you will have.
Built a solid and up-to-date understanding of the e-commerce marketplace with a focus on understanding email marketing best practice
Gained a deep understanding of A/B testing and customer segmentation practices, particularly regarding how they support an eCommerce platform.

WHAT IS NEEDED TO QUALIFY?
Bachelors degree in marketing, Finance, Business or similar.
Proven experience working as an email marketing specialist in a similar company.
High Energy, Accountability and a self-driven approach to task completion.
Experience working with data and reporting on campaigns using excel or BI tools
An understanding of HTML and Google Analytics is a strong plus

Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
