Actively maintain the email marketing calendar and execute production schedule to ensure timely delivery of emails, while adhering to the company’s style guides
Setup sales and promotions for Sellers as defined in our marketing calendar
Leverage existing email templates and update graphics to create 100+ email campaigns per week
Select items to feature in sales and promotions based upon the company’s best practices, and by learning about collectible stamps, comic books and postcards
Assist in the production of sitewide newsletters
Up-level the creative quality of our existing email programs, including auditing existing communications and suggesting ways to present information in a more engaging way
Quality assure and proof all marketing emails to ensure compliance with email campaign briefs, internal creative & editorial guidelines, proper tracking, email best practices, and CAN-SPAM
Contribute to ongoing email marketing initiatives including continual optimization of email marketing strategy, platform, and related processes
Continually perform competitive analysis of email marketing best practices/trends
You have 1-3 years of online and direct response marketing experience with demonstrated success in coordinating and executing high volume integrated email marketing programs
You have 1+ years of experience in graphic and visual design
You have a working knowledge of HTML
You have experience designing mobile first campaigns
You understand email design best practices, inbox deliverability and eCommerce psychology
You are able to establish visual hierarchy, layout, typography and color effectively
You have a demonstrated proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (or Affinity) graphics applications
You are results-driven with a strong ability to produce deliverables accurately, timely, and efficiently with a continuous drive for improvement and development
You have a strong portfolio of work that demonstrates expertise designing email templates, infographics, and custom iconography

Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
