Job Description
This position has the following areas of responsibility:

Catalogue and Data Management

• Assists internal stakeholders such as Contracts Managers, Procurement Data Analyst, Data Management team to on board correct content in e-Cat system

• Coordinates with Category Suppliers & facilitates supplier on boarding process in e-Cat system

• On-boarding process: Sets-up and configures suppliers, catalogues and contract records in the e-Catalogue system

• Performs review, prefilling and preparation of Supplier Catalogue Load Templates in various formats (excel, XML, etc.)

• Prepares and enables data transfer of catalogue data to various ERP systems

• Collaborates with Master Data Tea, to replicate ERP enriched identifiers in e-Cat system

• Review quarterly reports and ensures content compliance within e-Cat system with ERP Master Data

• Assess completeness of supplier commercial (price, validity) and technical (part numbers, attributes) data and other content (images, supplemental files, manuals) if fit for catalogue upload in the system. Addresses & resolves catalogue content related user issues/discrepancies

• Collaborates with procurement data analyst & reviews catalogue products recurrence report to build catalogue

• Collaborates with E-catalogue Manager, Contract Managers & aligns on category strategy to proactively support in developing catalogue content

• Assist E-catalogue Manager & Contract managers on catalogue price extension

• Support other internal stakeholders to add urgent ad-hoc urgent recurring parts in e-CAT

• Supports other team member as on when required

• Supports in arranging e-Cat related trainings, workshops & communication to various internal & external stakeholders.

Application Support

• Reports & performs initial investigation for errors encountered in the e-Cat System (e.g. Access Errors, Catalogue Approval Errors, Login issues, System Notification issues, Catalogue Upload Errors, etc.)

• Provides assistance on User Access Management in the e-Cat system (e. g Access Creation, Deletion & Update; Password Reset; Unlocking of Account; Assigning Access Level Roles, etc.)

• Provides support and assistance on user inquiries regarding the e-Cat system

• Assists in monitoring smooth catalogue transfer from e-Cat to BU (Business Unit) ERP system

• Provides both technical and process support in on-boarding new Suppliers in the system

• Performs root-cause analyses and documents applicable resolution steps to avoid recurrence

Main interfaces are with this position are:

• IFS

• E-Catalogue Portal

Qualifications:
• A graduate BBA/Engineering with Computer knowledge

• At least 2-3 years experience in sourcing activity or general Industrial product knowledge.

• Experience in working with/in ERP & catalogues system

• Experience in understanding, supporting and troubleshooting general IT issues

• Exceptional communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio and other MS related applications

• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

• Knowledge in various technologies (web, e-commerce, data and file management) is a plus

• Application Support experience with processes and procedures used to provide support and maintenance in IT operations is a plus.
