Job Description
Job Responsibilities 
1. Organize and follow up acceptance progress of Regional Site Documents

2. Responsible for collecting site documents from subcontractors, scan and upload to EPMS, and archive documents in filing room

3. Delivers site documents to customer, upload to customer system as required

4. Support technical team to deliver product documents to customer through EPMS system

5. Follow up the regional management documents output progress and archive standardizaiton

6. Conducts documentation work performance appraisal to each teams of the region

7. Conducts training to project team, subcontractors, customer about the documentation (e.g. document management regulations, EPMS document library user guide, naming convention, document checklist for acceptance...etc)

1. With bachelor's degree in Electronics Communications Engineering (ECE) or equivalent
2. Candidates with working experience in telecommunications projects are preferred.

2. Familiar with site documents of telecommunication project; with working experience as site engineer, site design engineer, permit engineer is preferred

3. Has good time management, organizational and communication skills.

4. Keen to details and goal oriented. 
5. Proficient in English. Can speak Chinese language skill will be an advantage.

6. Resourceful to solve the client’s problem.
