You know you are the perfect fit if you are/have:

  • At least 1 year of work experience as paid Media experience, online bidding, SEO, PayPerClick, optimization & social Media Strategies (online and LinkedIn), data analysis and manipulation
  • Direct experience managing paid search through Google AdWords and paid social through Facebook Business Manager
  • Familiarity working with Google online marketing SaaS products (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, DFA, etc.).
  • Comfortable to work and learn from expats

As part of our growth, your tasks will be:
  • Executing day-to-day digital marketing operations with an emphasis on paid search, display, retargeting and paid social advertising.
  • Supporting all departments within the Home Credit Philippines group and will deliver digital marketing tactics that coincide with company marketing cycles and business needs, and be responsible for monitoring paid campaign effectiveness, making recommendations on adjustments and creating opportunities to increase marketing ROI. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record with digital marketing implementations and have a strong background in analytics-driven decision making. Success in this role will be measured by online channel ROI and consistent, accurate reporting.
  • Develop, execute and optimize digital campaigns via paid search/AdWords, display/retargeting and paid social advertising channels.
  • Assist with evaluating and implementing the right analytics platform for the business and lead and champion adoption across the organization to enable end-to-end tracking for marketing efforts to conversion.
  • Measure, analyze and report on the impact paid marketing campaigns.
