Job Description : Description The Marketing Specialist shall directly help in driving hires by increasing the awareness for the company's brand. This will be done mainly by creating innovative lay-outs and performing arts and designs for advertising and promotions of Recruitment's marketing activities. The personnel shall work as an overall support for the development and implementation of overall Recruitment marketing plans.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
Conceptualize and implement new and innovative ways to enhance awareness for AFNI as an organization and to be able to effectively promote Recruitment events and activities.
Establish creative ideas to promote marketing activities.
Designing various sourcing media ads and collaterals utilized by Recruitment for different sourcing channels is a plus.
Help plan and develop recruitment marketing campaigns with agreed timelines.
Enhance, drive and monitor career site and social media page.
Support in branding and marketing process improvement initiatives.
Recommend branding and marketing to fill targeted role based on current market trends.
Support the development and deployment of employer branding, sourcing and social media strategy.
At least 2 years in College Education, or Bachelor's degree holder of any related course preferably, Fine Arts, Advertising and Multimedia Arts.
With minimum of 1 year relevant work experience in managing commercial art preferably in a BPO company.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of staff and clients in a diverse environment are preferred.
Good English communication skills
Experience working in a Call Center environment is preferred.

Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
