The client is based on over five years’ experience designing & running customer success programs across Asia Pacific. It’s proven to deliver customer success, create new growth and help form deep bonds with customers.

Job Description:

• Content Development

- Articles - Convert PH articles and writing to eye-pleasing format to optimize SEO ranking and be suitable for native posting to social media – one per week.

- Video - Develop and post videos on website and social media platforms – two per week. Short videos (1-2 minutes) capturing key ideas of an article or a testimonial / 3rd party interview.

- Thought of the Day - Create format for posting to website and social media

- Post Content to Social - LinkedIn, facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Youtube

• Advertising

- Develop and Run Ad campaigns.

Design and develop Ad campaign, develop ad creatives, conduct audience targeting and ads budgeting.

• Create landing pages.

• Post ad campaign content.

• Ongoing updates of campaign design.

• Track and measure number of click-throughs and conversion to sale rates.

• Track and measure results (views,likes, comments and shares).

• Passive email marketing

- For people who have opted in, send a copy of articles, videos etc each week.

- Track and measure email open rates, response rates, and conversion to sale rates.

• Create landing pages for social media and other campaigns

• Weekly Review Meeting - Prep for and attend weekly meeting.

• Other tasks related to the role.

Skill Set:

• Must have 2-3 years of relevant experience

• Must have strong digital marketing background

• Must have SEO experience

• Must be a social media expert

• Must have strict adherence to deadlines

• Must be a creative thinker

• Must be highly reliable

• Must be able to work well with others and independently

• Must have excellent command in English (both written and verbal)

• Willing to work part time 4 hours a day - AU Timezone

• Amenable to start immediately

Must Haves:

• Quiet room to work with no distractions or background noises whatsoever

• Up to date computer system with a minimum of Windows 7 or Mac OS X

• Perfectly working headset and webcam
