Digital Marketing Coordinator

Monday to Friday | 7 AM to 4 PM
Sourcefit Philippines is looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator. Gain the opportunity to join a fast growing BPO Company. As a Digital Marketing Coordinator you will be responsible for the efficient and effective online operations of the Client by providing website oversight, SEO, email automation strategies, graphic design and social media platform management.
Plan, develop and implement marketing strategies, including generating ideas and creating original content that caters to our clients cosmetic requirements
Create, develop, deliver and manage successful, automated digital marketing campaigns with automations using mailchimp
Develop, update and maintain web store product offers, images, banners, and digital marketing content in line with monthly marketing plan
Analyze strategies to ensure content is promoted through the most effective channel and format
Monitor and consider success measures including ROI and conversions
Optimizing landing pages to match SEO titles and questions
Design and write content and promotional material.
Manage social media platforms and accounts (Facebook, Instagram and YouTube) including paid social media advertising
Analyze key trends, competitor activity, audience insight and conversions in Facebook Business manager and Gleam
Ensure all social profiles adhere to best practice and accurately reflect the brand
Write compelling narratives and stories and identify and deliver creative ways to drive engagement and build brand value across our multiple marketing channels
Writing and publishing content for website, blogs, frequently asked questions and EDMs
Create various graphics for marketing campaigns
Maintain customer relationships
Liaise with other departments as needed
Participate in meetings
Other tasks as needed
Degree in Digital Media or Marketing and/or relevant experienceAdvanced social media marketing analytics skills.
Minimum 2 years previous experience in a similar role
Ability to professionally manage website platforms and organize company content in a way that promotes the business
Knowledge of social media channels communication, purpose, trends, analytics and ability
Design, Videography and Photography used for in-house marketing campaigns using Adobe Creative Suite. (InDesign, Photoshop & Premier Pro) or similar product.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Organized and able to meet deadlines
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Accuracy and attention to detail
Understanding of accounts and accounting database systems
A flexible and adaptable approach to work
The ability to use your own initiative and direct others as appropriate
Tact and discretion, for dealing with confidential information
Willingness to work in and adapt to a fast changing environment

PERFORMANCE GOALS:Effective website and social media presence as measured by key traffic and conversion metrics.
Development and presentation of agreed monthly statistics
Complete administration tasks on time
Deal with clients, suppliers and other employees professionally at all times
Ensure office is clean and presentable at all times
