Job Description

Online Community Engagement
a.Develop and execute online marketing programs with the purpose of supporting lead generating activities
b.Maintain online promotions on different engagement channels to drive brand engagement and lead generation
c.Work collaboratively with key cross functions teams to ensure successful execution of programs, on time, including product marketing, marketing operations, web team/marketing design, and external agencies (as needed)
d.Ensure that marketing programs are accurately reflected to our external audience
e.Ensure that all required lead acquisition components are fully in place
f.Brief our recruitment teams about our marketing programs and have the right tools to follow up as required
g.Consistently strive to improve campaign performance through metrics, measurement, and optimization
h.Track, measure, and analyze all initiatives to report on social media ROI
i.Grow our subscriber base by providing them with regular, helpful content by collaborating with the designers, product marketers, sales professionals, and industry experts so that it is aligned with subscribers needs and interests

Online Analytics Management
a.Execute online paid campaigns
b.Measure and optimize out paid marketing using vendor-specific dashboards, Google Analytics, and marketing analytics reports
c.Collaborate with marketing teammates to maintain a consistent brand voice and message across all paid programs
d.Collaborate to craft landing pages and lead generation forms for our content to be distributed through relevant paid programs
e.Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and potential new channels and strategies to keep us ahead, including updates to social media marketing, attribution, and programmatic media buying

Events Management
  1. Work with HR, admin, and different divisions in mounting different events for JCCI
  2. Ensure that all necessary online platforms (Eventbrite, Paypal, Mailchimp, Facebook, LinkedIn, SurveyMonkey, etc.) are utilized
  3. Work collaboratively with creatives team to ensure timely and successful execution of marketing designs for collaterals.


Requirements:
  • At least 3-5 years experience in social media/digital marketing
  • Bachelor's Degree ideally in Communications, Marketing, PR
  • Fluent in English
  • Possesses great attention to detail
  • Exhibits strong interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills
  • Experience in managing social media campaigns
  • Adept with Microsoft Office Products and Adobe Photoshop. Video editing skills is a plus
