Management of Marketing assets and content
Handle Digital Marketing-PR (online-to-offline) execution of Company, Brand and Campaign objectives, strategies and initiatives in relation to Brand engagement and awareness
Collaborate and plan with the Marketing groups and the Creatives & Corporate Communications Manager for Digital Marketing and PR requirements
Coordinate with, oversee and manage the Digital Marketing Management-PR agencies in the timely and correct deliverables of Press Releases, Content calendar creation, Promotional concept development, execution,
monitoring and reporting of Social media-PR engagement and Brand awareness campaigns
Prepare and monitor the adherence/implementation of the Digital Marketing and PR projects task lists and timelines/schedules
Manages the Digital Marketing-PR budget
Bachelor of Arts, Major in Communications
Minimum of 3 years work experience in Digital Marketing and PR Management
Excellent Digital Marketing, Oral/Written communication and Organizational skills.

Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
