Job Description
We need a skilled and charming Digital Marketing Account Manager. You will be responsible for managing our portfolio to help clients build and improve their presence online.
As the Account Manager, you have must have an understanding of the various tools that specialists can use to aid the strategy and improve the company's performance.

• Be updated and knowledgeable about digital technology trends.
• Present marketing strategies to clients.
• Report on web performance metrics.
• Maintain frequent communication and build a strong relationship with clients.
• Act as point of contact for clients and address their queries effectively.
• Analyze digital campaigns success.
• Design and implement digital marketing strategies to improve the client's ROI.

• Proven work experience as a digital marketing Account Manager.
• Experience in using SEO/SEM and CRM Software.
• Knowledge in implementing and optimizing Google AdWords is a plus.
• Knowledge and understanding of online marketing tools.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
• Experience with customer service and Account Management.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Demonstrates winning Social Customer Service techniques such as empathy, patience, advocacy and conflict resolution.
• Possesses great ability to identify potential negative or crisis situation and apply conflict resolution principles to mitigate issues.
