Requirements: • Proven work experience as a digital marketing Account Manager. • Experience in using SEO/SEM and CRM Software. • Knowledge in implementing and optimizing Google AdWords is a plus. • Knowledge and understanding of online marketing tools. • Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills. • Experience with customer service and Account Management. • Excellent communication skills. • Demonstrates winning Social Customer Service techniques such as empathy, patience, advocacy and conflict resolution. • Possesses great ability to identify potential negative or crisis situation and apply conflict resolution principles to mitigate issues.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
