Job Title:                              Home Credit Group – Development Junior Team Leader 

Location:                              Metro Manila / NCR 

Job Description:

You know you are the perfect fit if you are/have:

• At least 8 years of working experience in IT is recommended, but not obligatory

• Experience with the following technology stock (Java/J2EE, PHP/Laravel, Android SDK, Unix shell scripting)

• Experience with Spring Technology, REST API is required

• Knowledge of the whole Software Development Lifecycle in an Agile/Scrum framework

As part of our growth, your tasks will be:

• Helping organize and promote technical knowledge sharing within the team and across teams through Agile practices such as Test-Driven Development, eXtreme Programming practices, including organization of brown-bag sessions. Chapter leads get feedback from team members and Scrum Masters in order to help improve the knowledge and quality of the team as a whole.

• Managing the delivery of multiple complex simultaneous system development projects from design through to release

• Capable of understanding and contributing to the technical solution from design through to code level
