Job Description:

WHAT WOULD THE HIRE BE RESPONSIBLE FOR? 

Monitor the customer document requests and ensure timely completion with accurate

information

Developing standard templates to assist sales team to self-serve on most common

request

Assist with administering the contract review request and ensuring that it is assigned

to right person

Complete ad hoc Deal Desk projects and analysis as required 

WHAT IS NEEDED TO QUALIFY? 
Proficiency reading, writing and speaking Mandarin Chinese

Extensive Experience working in Salesforce.com, excel and word, preferred

Business knowledge in SFDC and Excel is a must

Strong organizational skills

Excellent responsiveness to internal and external stakeholders

Exceptional communication skills; excellent stakeholder engagement skills with Sales, Finance, and Legal

Ability to work independently with limited supervision

Willing to work in BGC, Taguig on a GY / Night Shift schedule
