1) Application Support | Day Shift + Weekends off

As a Shore Solutions Inc. employee, you are responsible for complying and enforcing policies and procedure designed to achieve information security. You are also responsible for protecting credit card, personal and/or sensitive personal information that you may handle or process during your employment in Shore Solutions Inc.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR ROLE 
To provide Technical support, installation, training and planning and deployment of the Company’s applications to clinics, hospitals and organizations:

• Provide 1st and 2nd level support on the use and configuration of the Company’s applications, e-messaging product suite. This includes troubleshooting of customer issues in a timely manner via telephone or email/tickets.

• Provide planning and deployment of the Company’s applications product(s) to best suit specific customer requirements

• Provide customer training when required via telephone and Team Viewer.

• Undertake internal product testing to address customer support issues.

• Provide and support a strong interaction with the product development team.

• Ensure accurate and up-to-date records are kept for all time expended on projects and internal company activities

• Work according to the standards and procedures defined by the Company’s Quality Management System

A BIT ABOUT YOU 
• Ability to troubleshoot and provide customer support for MS Windows version 7 through 10, Mac OS X and Windows Server environments.

• Ability to handle basic SQL programming functions – back up database, install, select, query, delete and update databases is a plus.

• Exceptional Computer Skills

• High attention to details.

• Positive attitude with excellent communication skills, Customer Service/Help Desk Experience a plus

• Background in Healthcare Industry or having worked with clinical software, including digital certificates will be well regarded.

• With working knowledge of CRM

• Be an ambassador of Airtasker’s core values as an advocate.

• Provide top-notch global customer support through fast, efficient, and genuine responses.

• Collaborate with the immediate team, and other AirSupport teams to ensure overall customer product satisfaction.

• Triage tickets and understand ownership for each teams and customer journey segments.

• Own problems. solve the issue from start to finish, but also look at why it happened and how it can be prevented.

• Analyse complex situations, conflicts between users or high-risk escalations and make decisions.

• Identify, analyse and make changes for improvements in process, macros, Help Centre & knowledge base articles.

• Report all the bugs, issues, and assumptions and give feedback on new product launches and experiments.

• Contribute to team goals and projects.

A BIT ABOUT YOU 
• 4 years’ minimum exposure to the BPO/call center industry

• Experience in Zendesk or any similar CRM tool

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools or software

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to empathise and understand customer concerns

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to identify gaps in process and make recommendations for improvement

• Strong critical thinking and decision making skills

• Strong attention to detail

• Team player; committed to building and contributing to a high-performing team

• Adaptable to 24/7 shifting schedule.

3) CSR | Earn 16K all in pay | Day shift + Weekends off



A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR ROLE 
As a Customer Care Executive, you’ll represent the account and interact with clients through outbound calls to ensure that customers’ feedback are saved in the Samsung system. Your day could see you:

· Conducting surveys

· Transferring the customer to the applicable department when necessary

· Escalate dissatisfied customers to management team
