Job Description

  • •The Analyst will be responsible for loading, validating and approving client submissions using practice specific tools and processes. 
    • The Analyst will coordinate with other team members regularly and with clients occasionally, and will maintain a professional manner at all times. He will participate in client calls and may be asked to draft emails to be sent to stakeholders. If necessary, he may be asked to attend face-to-face meetings.

    • The Analyst will perform quality processing of submissions and will participate in system testing activities. The candidate will coordinate with other team members regarding survey processing and validations.

    • The candidate will be detail-oriented and have excellent data management skills using Microsoft Excel.

    The Analyst will apply practice-specific technology and provide services to internal clients. Training on specific processes will be ongoing
