Job Description

The client is Australia's oldest and most dynamic trade exchange & the only one that gives Cash Back to our members. Our aim is to help you get new business & reduce your cash expenses.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls

• Call existing customers

• Ask about their experience with the company's services

• Answer customer inquiries

• Other ad-hoc tasks as requested


• 2 to 3 years experience in a similar role

• Must have strong administration background

• Excellent phone etiquette

• Possesses a positive outlook in life

• Must have strong computer efficiency

• Must be highly organized

• Must be able to work well with others and independently

• Must have excellent command in English (both written and verbal)

• Willing to work part time 4 hours a day - AU Timezone

• Amenable to start immediately
