CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE FOR A PIONEERING TEAM FOR A HEALTH CARE ACCOUNT IN BGC!

QUALIFICATIONS:


-At least 18 years old

-At least High School graduate

-With at least 1 year of call center experience (healthcare account background is a plus)

-Willing to work in Bonifacio Global City

-Good command of the English language (verbal and written)

Role responsibilities among others:


-Managing incoming calls or incoming post services claims work

-Responds to telephone and written inquiries from clients providers and in-house departments

-Conducts clinical screening process

-Authorizes initial set of sessions to provider.
