Job Description
Customer Service Representative

In order to provide extraordinary solutions to our customers, we need to work with extraordinary people to create and deliver them, people like you.

We are looking for Call Center Operators. This person receives trouble reports from the customer and works to resolve the customer’s problems by working with other departments and vendors.

Duties may include, but are not limited to, the following:
  • Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
  • Follow communication "scripts" when handling different topics
  • Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions
  • Schedule appointments for repair service
  • Maintaining computerized and manual files
  • Operating a PC to access multiple systems
  • Providing updates on pending service orders
  • May be required to perform additional duties and tasks as required by the Company
Basic Qualifications
  • Excellent English skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Understands or is able to learn telecom terminology
  • Good PC skills
  • At least college level
  • BPO experience is an advantage
  • Strong multitasking skills
