• Responds to arriving calls and replies to customer’s inquiries
• Direct and fix customer complaints
• Recognize and inform matters to immediate supervisors
• Record all data from calls according to the company’s standards
• At least high school graduate
• Must have work / call center experience
• Adequate information with regards to computers
• Good English communication skills
• Customer-oriented personality
