Customer Service Representative
In addition, a customer service representative deals with, assists and helps resolve any customer complaints, contract errors, account questions, billing, cancellations, and other queries about the company’s services.

  • Responsible for handling all telephone and email inquiries
  • Responsible for attending to customer inquiries and concerns, and providing support in monitoring and maintain the accuracy of contracts, accounting and data
  • Inputs data and ensures the integrity of all the information encoded in the company’s property management systems
  • Ensure compliance with goals, which includes call answering time and email turnaround time
  • Dealing with all calls and email inquiries politely, courteously, professionally and assertively
  • Matching customer’s need to client’s products and services
  • Provide well-rounded, prompt, high-quality, and professional client service at all times
  • Any other task/duty as directed by client/management
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business and other related courses
  • At least two (2) years of direct customer service experience
  • Highly motivated individual with high energy, passionate about customer service
  • Unparalleled problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • Basic knowledge in MS Excel functions and formulas is required
  • Must have good rudimentary Math skills and must have good analytical skills
  • Must have excellent people skills and outstanding written and verbal English communication skills
  • Must be willing to learn new skills and be trained
  • Must be willing to work in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City
  • Must be willing to work on a follow two work schedules, both with the night shift of 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (PST) |1:00 AM – 10:00 AM (MNL); Sunday to Thursday or Tuesday to Saturday
