Responsibilities:

• Taking incoming calls and responding to customer emails

• Booking tickets / reservations for customer’s flights

• Providing product and service information

• Ensuring customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

• At least a high school graduate

• Must be knowledgeable with computers

• With or without call center experience

• Average to excellent English communication skills

• Willing to start immediately
