- Ensures customers’ positive travel experience
- Minimum of 1 year experience in airline ticketing or reservations (BPO/NON BPO), preferably with GDS Experience (Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo ,etc.) OR 2 years of Customer Sales and Service experience (Any CSR Account)
- High-School Graduates or Graduate of ANY course
- Excellent team player skills is required
- Can start ASAP
- Computer literate and with good web navigation skills
- Willing to work in Ayala, Makati
- 13th month pay, double pay, overtime pay, night differential
