  • Adheres to customers' requests or issues while following defined procedures in completing transactions via email or call 
  • Can clearly and correctly represent and explain particular technical functionalities to an audience with different technical background 
  • Can promptly transfer a call or endorse to the responsible party for proper handling 
  • Reports application issues, document troubleshooting efforts, and opportunities for the improvement of product. 

  • Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, any field. 
  • Must have good communication skills. 
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Taguig City. 
  • Must be amenable to work in shifting schedule. 
  • No work experience required.
