Job Description
  • Obtain account history relevant to approvers.
  • Coordinate with the client and/or seller regarding the request whenever necessary.
  • Monitor and follow-up necessary action from the different approving and implementing departments.
  • Prepare memos/letters in relation to buyers’ request (within 24hrs from approval).
  • Populate Management’s decision on buyers’ request in SAP and RMS within 24hrs from release of approval.
  • Ensure that requests are processed and resolved no longer than 30 days from receipt.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Property/Real Estate or equivalent.
