Job Description

    · Knowledgeable about contact center operations and metrics.

    · With strong interpersonal, customer service, computer skills and strong background in up sales

    · Exceptional listener; able to comprehend well.

    · Average typing speed- 40 WPM

    · Detail-oriented

    · Previous Email support is a plus
