We are an offshore team verifying the Operations’ sale before entering the request into the system for provisioning.
As Provisioner you are responsible in ensuring that all employment and personal information of employees are kept and handled in accordance with existing company policies on Information Security and Data Privacy.
As a Shore Solutions Inc. employee, you are responsible for complying and enforcing policies and procedure designed to achieve information security. You are also responsible for protecting credit card, personal and/or sensitive personal information that you may handle or process during your employment in Shore Solutions Inc.

• Receive, analyze and process orders.
• Responds to internal questions and issues related to order.
• Ensure terms and delivery information are correct.
• Assist the operations team to meet delivery deadlines.
A BIT ABOUT YOU
• Minimum of 2 years in College
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Telecommunications, ISP or IT Service Delivery Role.
• Excellent English, both verbal and written
• The ability to manage multiple ongoing projects with a high level of accuracy.
• A great phone manner and the ability to quickly build positive relationships.
• A typing speed above 45 words per minute
• Experiencing ordering business grade services (complex voice & data products) using Telecommunications tools and portals such as LOLO and Frontier Optus
• An understanding of business-grade data products, including but not limited to, SHDSL, Mid Band Ethernet, Ethernet over First Mile.
• The ability to maintain a positive attitude when experiencing pressure.
• The ability to both work alone and come together as a team to deliver on projects.
