We’re an outsourcing provider with a difference—offering clients flexible engagement models backed by our solid suite of shared support services. As an Invoicing Service Representative, your role is vital in keeping our customers happy and contributing to our organization’s growth and success.


You are an important component in the business, working alongside other Team to ensure our customers are given excellent service in relation to their application. The primary mission of an Invoicing Services Representative is to support the business network completing administration tasks that contribute to the accurate and timely invoicing of our Vehicle Glass repair and replacement jobs. Being a highly insured motor vehicle market a large portion of our invoices are directed to our insurance Key Accounts. The role is responsible for their part to maintain the integrity of our invoicing data, systems and processes. Ensuring customer service levels are met or exceeded to enable the business to get it right the first time.

Being responsible for tasks that are part of the customers journey, you are expected to contribute to our business purpose of 'making a difference by solving people's problems with real care' by protecting insurer Trust Capital and providing exceptional services to both internal and external customers.Your day could see you:

Prioritises and organises own workload to manage work queues as effectively as possible and within our productivity KPI standards - within agreed timeframes and accurately standards.

Works effectively with all team members to ensure service standards are met

Completes tasks accordance with the business process steps including following escalation steps as outlined.

Accountable for their own development and ongoing learning and performance, ensuring their knowledge and skills are at the required levels to perform their job, taking on board feedback

Manages communication methods, ensures prompt and accurate responses

Provide input into processes and process improvement

Actively engaged and involved building a strong team culture

Builds partnerships and positive relationships with colleagues

  • College level qualification in English and Maths minimum
  • Demonstrated ability to perform against set targets
  • Data processing experience in a high volume operations invoicing environment
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate IT systems and learn new technology
  • Proven ability to prioritise, perform well with restricted time-frames and high volume environment
  • Able to perform accurately and efficiently under pressure

  • Comfortable learning new things using various systems and processes
