Job Description
We’re an award-winning global outsourcer providing contact center and back office services. As Customer Acquisition Specialist, your role is integral in keeping our customers happy and contributing to the success of our organization. 

As an Acquire BPO employee, you are responsible for complying and enforcing policies and procedure designed to achieve information security. You are also responsible for protecting credit card, personal and/or sensitive personal information that you may handle or process during your employment in Acquire BPO. 

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR ROLE 

A Customer Acquisition Specialist is responsible for interacting with potential and existing customers on behalf of the business. They provide information about the products and services, resolves customer complaints, and verifies account information. They are expected to provide first class customer experience. 

A BIT ABOUT YOU 

Outbound 

• Process Cards Application 
• To place outbound calls and perform the following: 
• Welcome calls 
• Card activation 
• Online app use campaigns 

Inbound 

• Answer Dealer/BDM/State Manager Inquiries real time 
• Process phone application 
• Provides product information 
• Process credit application for finance
