Job Description
Job Responsibilities: 
The Compliance and Administrative Officer will be involved in addressing the organization’s compliance to all legal and reportorial requirements of DOLE, PEZA, BOI, BIR, BI and other relevant government agencies. He/She will also be responsible for reviewing and implementing policies and procedures within HR, especially in relation to compliance with labor laws such as but not limited to investigation of disciplinary actions, issuance of notices, coordination with retainer lawyer and handling of workplace conflicts and labor disputes. He/She will also be in-charge of reviewing employment contracts, maintaining and updating employee records, and providing professional advice with regard to labor matters.

• Deals with all reportorial requirements of government agencies such as DOLE, PEZA, BOI, BI and BIR

• Drafts and issues memos to undertake the administrative due process as prescribed by DOLE

• Responds to a range of queries from all levels of business related to compliance risk areas and business processes

• Develops and implements an effective legal compliance program

• Provides managed compliance service to Philippine operations of overseas clients

• Reports to the Senior Finance and Administration Manager

Qualifications: 
• More than 5 years working experience in Legal Compliance and HR management

• Equipped with sound knowledge and experience in labor laws and compliance

• Strong analytical ability

• Proficient in English (verbal & written)

• Strong interpersonal skills

• Strong proactive problem solving skills

• Has good working attitude, a team player and results-driven

• Had experience with Internal controls implementation and/or risk management

• Work experience in a BPO company is an advantage
