Job Description

Minimum Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience as a Team Leader in a BPO set up

• 10 full-time positions

• Must pass 85% of KPI’s in the last 3 months

• Must be flexible in terms of work schedule and coming in on weekends and holidays


• Possesses good leadership skills

• Excellent communication skills

• Ability to create action plans in order to improve business practices

• Ability to manage a team of more than 10 agents

• Ability to navigate various tools

• Above average interpersonal and written communication skills
