As a member of the Technology Group at Navitaire you will get to design and build software that is used by millions of people each and every year from all over the world. The Technology Group within Navitaire provides the common services, frameworks and architecture guidelines used by the Global Engineering and Product teams.
Designing and developing hybrid cloud solutions to run on premise and in the public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCE, etc.)
Work closely with Cloud Architect and senior technology leadership around initiatives
Architect, code, test, implement and maintain the Navitaire cloud platform
Participate in code and architectural reviews of services and frameworks developed within the team
Actively participate in the R&D incubation and benchmarking of new ideas of services or products for the organization
Evaluate new and emerging frameworks and technologies
BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience
Minimum of 8 years of experience programming and designing enterprise applications using any OOP language (C#, Java, Ruby, etc)
Strong technical knowledge and experience in any of the public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCE, etc.) and their services
Experience with Microservices architecture
Experience working with globally distributed teams
Experience in Scum/Agile
Experience with Azure Service Fabric or equivalent Microservices framework
Experience using TFS or GIT
Net Core and ASP.Net Core experience
Knowledge of NoSQL solutions (MongoDB, Cassandra, CouchBase) and understanding when to use versus traditional RDS
Knowledge of Enterprise messaging and/or queue systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, AWS SQS, Azure Event Hubs, etc.)
Knowledge in Data Science and Machine Learning in Cloud

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
