Job Description
ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manages, Coaches and develops a group of Supervisors, Team Leads, SME’s, clinical and non-clinical staff in all aspects of their job to meet and exceed program objectives and to promote an understanding of the company culture, policies, goals and procedures.
  • Provides clinical decision guidance to the above mentioned personnel relative to the established client, state/federal, and all other relevant program protocols.
  • Coaches and develops Supervisor, Team Lead, SME, Nurse, Non-clinical staff
  • Also provides clinical guidance, assistance and support to the UM Intake unit as needed
  • Exercise judgment call during down times in the absence of Operations Managers or Director
  • Regularly conducts performance evaluation of staff and coordinates the same to HRD
  • Approves overtime and leave requests of the staff
  • Coordinates with the Operations support group as regards quality, scheduling, and productivity reports
  • Administer the Quality Assessment process to ensure all quality standards/targets can be met
  • Daily management of all operational processes to ensure that quality, efficiency and productivity standards/targets and jurisdictional requirements are met
  • Review and analyze reports, records, and data to meet and exceed customer and company objectives.
  • Collaborate with all work groups to resolve issues that impact internal and external customers.
  • Responsible for the implementation and continued follow-up of all training.
  • Handle escalated customer interactions, including calls, UM cases and complaints.
  • Establish priorities, set goals in an appropriate manner to meet and exceed business goals and objectives.
  • Maintain appropriate level of proficiency in all aspects of call handling techniques and other medical services
  • Carries out managerial responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws
  • Rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Required Education, Skills, and Qualifications:
  • Active and unrestricted Philippine and US license
  • Preferably At least 5 years of clinical experience and able to handle Healthcare operations.
  • Must have effective written and oral communication skills and be able to maintain confidentiality
  • Able to work rotational shifts with adherence to schedule a must, including evenings, weekends and overtime as necessary
  • Must be detail oriented and possess good organizational skills
  • Must have excellent interpersonal skills and team oriented to work in a high stress environment
  • Possesses critical thinking skills
  • Able to handle multiple tasks and shifting priorities
  • Ability to work on projects and meet deadlines
  • Must be willing to work in shifting schedule
  • Must be willing to work in Alabang, Muntinlupa
