Job Description:

This may be done through new or existing suppliers. You are also required to manage our
accounts with the highest level of customer service.


Schedule:
Not required to work on Australian declared holidays. Shift schedule starts from 9AM to 6PM Australian local time
with weekends off. Though this may change from time to time, such changes will be communicated to the
employee at least a week prior effectivity of the changes.

TASK ASSIGNMENTS
● Liaising with local Australian and overseas suppliers to gather pricing, samples, production information and delivery timelines. This may be done via email, phone, Skype, SMS etc
● Sourcing new suppliers and products
● Professionally presenting product ideas that meet a clients brief and budget
● Maintain and update the Salesforce system and efficiently track orders from sourcing to delivery
● Liaising with our shipping company for pick up and delivery of shipments and booking in deliveries to clients warehouses, when needed
● Negotiating best pricing and delivery times with suppliers
● Actively contacting clients by email, whom you have quoted, to close the sale.
● Sending out brochures, terms and conditions, invoices and account application forms to clients by email
● Check invoicing is correct from suppliers and to our clients
● Liaising with Juice Promotions sales team members, clients and designers to generate product mock ups
● Consistently communicating to customers and suppliers to ensure all areas of production meet or exceed expectations
● Additional tasks; add new products to website, update Facebook and create newsletters
● Ensuring all systems and procedures are adhered to. These include, at minimum: Sampling, Ordering and Quoting, Purchase Orders and Payment
● Frequently sharing information between team members of Juice Promotions
● Showcasing ideas and products to generate new business
● Preparing accurate information for invoicing and following up payments of pre-paid accounts
● Ensuring the confidentiality of information relating to Juice Promotions and all its day to day activities, procedures and client records
● Maintaining efficient record management including suppliers contact details, quotes, pricing sheets, all business related emails and any relevant information
● Effective networking with existing accounts in order to generate new business opportunities

REQUIREMENTS

● Communication skills- Extremely high level of written and verbal English
● Customer Service or Project Management skills
● Excellent understanding of Microsoft Office especially Word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint
● An understanding of the promotional product industry
● Salesforce skills, if possible
● Attention to detail
● Excellent research and Google skills
● Problem solving skills
● Negotiation skills
