Key Responsibilities Build and develop a flexible recruiting team; Coach and mentor recruiters to successfully achieve objectives and enhance recruiting skills; Identify marketing sources to maintain a pipeline of applicants; Develop, communicate and execute recruiting plans; Network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups and employees; Conduct regular follow-up to understand the hiring managers needs, establishing strong relationships with business partners and align our strategy with the needs of the business; Develop and administer policies, procedures, controls, and best practices; Assist in determining and administering recruiting budget; Manage the administration of wage programs including performance management, career progression, and merit reviews; and Lead global recruiting projects as needed.Required Skills/Education Minimum of high school diploma or GED; Bachelors Degree offshore At least 5 years of experience in Recruiting (Prior leadership experience preferred) Strong oral and written English communication skills High sense of urgency and strong follow-through Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality Proven record of meeting deadlines consistently Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
