• Responds to arriving calls and replies to customer’s inquiries
• Provide excellent display of customer service
• Resolve service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint via phone, email, or social media
• Amenable to work in shifting schedules.
• At least a College Graduate
• No experience necessary but a welcome advantage!
• Good English Communication skills
