Our Call Center Agents/Customer Service Representatives are often the first point of contact for customers’ inquiries, so we are interested in hiring individuals with a commitment to customer satisfaction and an ability to make quick and accurate decisions.Responsibilities:
• Taking incoming calls and responding to customer emails
• Answering questions about the product or service
• Providing product and service information to customers
• Ensuring customer satisfaction
• At least a high school graduate
• Computer literate
• No call center experience required
• Must be knowledgeable in English
• Basic data entry and typing skills
• Willing to start immediately
