-Must be College Graduate of any computer-related course

-Must have call center experience

-Able to type at least 25 words per minute

-Flexible with working hours

Job Description:

-Receive calls from customers with brokerage and/or banking accounts

-Identifies and authenticates customer’s checking account and reviews its current balance

-Confirms with the customer with recent account activities

-Locates the trades and provides the time and value of the transactions to the customer

-Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints
