Business Systems Administrator (MS Dynamics 365) - 7420

Job Description
Core Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and administer user profiles, hierarchies and access permissions 
  • Enforce internal data & structural policies & standards 
  • Administer change management for all modifications 
  • Maintenance & Upkeep of core functions & modules 
  • Configuration and some development of modules to increase the usability 
  • Monitoring and development of data integration tools 
  • Provide consultation services to legacy system owners during preparation and transition exercises 
  • Support Transition team during project start up (data uploads, integration, requirement specifications) 
  • Maintaining user & admin documentation, functional specifications and standards definitions 
  • Training and coaching of new users 
  • Assisting in the development and maintenance of standards and policy documents 
  • Input in to the development of scopes of work for larger modifications & consultant engagement 
Key Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 using the following variance: 
                          o Field Service & Project Services Automation

                          o Customer Engagement

                          o Finance & Operations / Unified Operations
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules such as: 
                          o Field Services

                          o Asset Management

                          o Maintenance Planning & Execution

                          o Warehousing & Logistics

                          o Procurement

                          o Resource Planning & Forecasting 
  • Experience in the Construction / maintenance industry 
  • Familiarity with other broadly used industry ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle (JDE or NetSuite), Infor, Pronto or others 
  • Previous experience working with an Operational business (as opposed to IT consulting) is favorable 
  • Must be amenable to work in Eastwood City, Libis, Quezon City 
  • Must be amenable to work on an early morning schedule (7:00 AM – 4:00 PM)

  • Professional Certification in Asset Management 
  • Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate Certification
