Job Description
Qualifications:
  • Candidate must be a graduate of Marketing Management or equivalent 
  • Proven working experience as a Marketing Operations Manager or Business Development Manager preferably in the IT/ICT industry 
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects 
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills 
  • Innovative, motivated and high energy team player 
  • Highly personable with exceptional PR skills 
  • Comfortable in both a leadership and team player role 
  • Will report directly to the President of the company 
Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with different principals 
  • Create marketing programs for different brands 
  • Analyze current marketing initiatives to measure effectiveness and potential for improvement. 
  • Oversee the creation and implementation of new initiatives based on business needs. 
  • Build strategic and high-level relationships with the client. 
  • Identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, products and services 
  • Assist in the review and analysis of service performance and profitability and ensures that business plans and targets are met 
  • Experience with design and implementation of the business development strategy 
  • Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
