Job Description
The primary role of the Business Developer is to prospect for new clients by networking, cold calling, advertising or other means of generating interest from potential clients. The role should be able to plan persuasive approaches and pitches that will convince potential clients to do business with the company. Should be able to build rapport with new clients, and set targets for sales and provide the support that will continually improve the relationship.


The role shall ensure that organization’s market position and achieve financial growth by defining long-term organizational strategic goals, builds key customer relationships, identifies business opportunities, negotiates and closes business deals and maintains extensive knowledge of current market conditions.
  • Ensures a continuous prospecting pipeline
  • Gathers relevant information on potential clients and develops the appropriate material for presentation
  • Leads in the coordination leading up to the pitch/ credential presentation
  • Continuous engagement of potential clients and follows up for finalization
  • Ensures that all information regarding the negotiations be kept confidential
  • Properly turns over all new clients to Account Management

  • At least two years experience in business development
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and analytical skills
  • Ability to tap a wide network of contacts
