Job Description

• at least 10 years experience in the BPO industry

• part of the management in the last past years with at least last 2 years in a leadership role

• have worked with large /multi-million projects

• detail oriented and can act proactively toward any training, operations, and technology related issues

• college graduate (preferably Management related courses)

Role Responsibilities

• Account/Client Management

• deliver the stringent targets for KPI parameters

• lead the transition of new work queues and growth of the business

• responsible for Production/ Management, Crisis Management

• ensure delivery of the process, as per the agreed client SLAs

• direct managers, team leaders, and their teams on process skills and other competencies

• lead process innovation and high retention rates of employees

• handle client visits to the site and act as the direct communication between the client and the company

• ensure timely response and action on customer inquiries and lead relationship calls

• Responsible for leading MBR’s / QBR’s with the client Process Efficiency Cost Efficiency Projects and Cross Functional / Cross Curricular Activities Compliance to COPC & security standards
