Business Analyst with API tech experience
Responsibilities: 
  • You'll architect solutions to business problems with use of technology and business process engineering, and maintain solution architecture documents
  • You'll deploy technology systems and business process for the Global Enablement business
  • You'll partner with IT, Trailhead and any other teams contributing towards your deployments
  • You'll provide hands-on expert consultation to your team members, including developers, support staff on technical issues
  • You develop and document technology and operational best practices
  • You'll serve as a subject matter expert in the business problems you solve
  • You'll design and implement the development and release process
  • You'll design and manage the execution of test plans and ensure a quality solution is delivered
  • You're able to support multiple projects with dependencies, simultaneously
  • You're able to articulate complex technical matters in easy to understand, business facing terms
  • You have strong communication and presentation skills
  • You'll derive insights based on data from your deployments to further optimize our business processes
  • You demonstrate leadership and business acumen by anticipating business needs and are able to respond with alternative solutions when business priorities change
Qualifications:
  • Atleast 3 years of Business analysis
  • Technical knowledge on API
